I’m so excited to tell you more about the benefits of Basil!  Did you know that Basil is considered, “the King of Herbs”?  Basil is a delicious culinary herb that belongs to the mint, lavender and sage family.  It is a popular cooking herb in Italian and Asian dishes.  It has been cultivated for over 5,000 years and may have originated in Africa or China.  Basil has several health benefits as well!
